We offer a limited warranty for all yoga equipment purchased from Lavorn.xyz. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

What is covered?

  • Manufacturing defects in the materials or workmanship of the product.
  • Malfunction or damage that occurs during normal use, as outlined in the product instructions.

What is not covered?

  • Damage caused by improper use or handling (e.g., misuse, neglect, or accidental damage).
  • Wear and tear from regular use over time (e.g., fabric fading, cushioning compression).
  • Damage due to improper cleaning, storage, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.
  • Loss or damage due to natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, etc.).

2. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period for our yoga equipment is as follows:

  • Yoga Mats: 1-year limited warranty
  • Yoga Blocks, Straps, and Other Accessories: 1-year limited warranty
  • Yoga Apparel and Bags: 6-month limited warranty
  • Yoga Props (e.g., bolsters, cushions): 1-year limited warranty

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photographs of the product showing the defect or damage.

Lavorn.xyz will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as outlined in this warranty.
