Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened yoga mats and accessories (if the packaging is opened or damaged).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Customized or personalized products.

How to Return an Item

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the item is returned. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
